Russia claims to destroy foreign weapons shipments

The Russian Defence Ministry on Monday reported that a Russian missile attack destroyed large shipments of foreign weapons, supplied to Ukraine by Western countries.

"Russian Aerospace Forces' high-precision air-launched missiles struck the 124th united centre for rear supplies of the Ukrainian forces logistic command in the Lviv area," said spokesman Major General Igor Konashenkov.

A logistics centre was destroyed along with large shipments of foreign weapons sent in the past six days to Ukraine by the US and European countries. Russian forces struck some 84 Ukrainian military targets.
