Rural Development Works: Union Minister Took Field Trip To Thazi And Meiktila Tsps

The Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe inspected rural development works in the Tharsi and Meiktila Townships of Mandalay Region on 7th June.

The Union Minister first inspected concrete road laying in Kyet Mauk Village with the Village development project fund and the contribution of the village, met with the people of the village and urged to report the needs of village openly.

Next, the township officer of rural development department clarified the implementations of rural development works in Tharsi Township and the people of the village reported the works to be implemented in the village.  The union minister coordinated necessaries responding to the reports.

Next, the union minister met with the members of green village committee and people in SiKone Village in Meiktila Township. The township officer of rural development department clarified the implementations of rural development works in Meiktila Township, implementation of green village project and Village Revolving Fund project.

Chairman of supervising committee for green village fund of SiKone clarified the implementations of Village Revolving Fund and agriculture, livestock breeding and production works with the fund and achievements. Responding to the clarifications and reports, the Union minister gave necessary instructions and suggestions and tended the needs for the projects.
