Road Constructions: Union Minister Inspected Road Constructions In Kayin State

The Union Minister for Construction U Shwe Lay inspected along the Daik-U  Road, Daik-U Sittaung  Road and Kyaikhto-Mawlamyaing  Road (Phayagyi-Kyaikhto  road section) implemented by Shwe Than Lwin Company under B.O.T system in the morning on 21st May. In the morning on May 22nd the Union Minister together with the Chairman of Kayin State Administration Council U Saw Myint Oo inspected the status of completing the upgrading works of Eindu-Kawkareik  Road.

The union minister arrived at Gyaing (Kawkareik) Bridge construction site and inspected the preparations of bridge piles, construction of bridge approaches and new technology f precast works. Then, the union minister inspected the laying the asphalt-concrete in Eindu-Pha An  Road section and instructed to address keeping the set standards in laying asphalt-concrete.

Also the union minister inspected the road condition of PhaAn-AhPhaunt-Zarthapyin  road, construction of roads implemented by Rural Road Development Department and laying asphalt-concrete in Mawlamyaing-Thanphyuzayat-Kyaikkhami Road and the construction site of Mon State High Court building, it’s learnt.
