The Tatmadaw has conducted a Counter-Terrorism Operation to enable the public to live in peace. Following the full recapture of Thipaw Township in Shan State (North), efforts are being vigorously and simultaneously carried out to restore the government's administrative mechanisms, resume education for children, and re-establish healthcare services for local residents, alongside other rehabilitation tasks.

As part of these ongoing efforts, local ethnic residents who had been temporarily displaced are now returning to Thipaw. Security force members and relevant authorities are welcoming them and arranging for their accommodation. Furthermore, necessary healthcare services are being provided to local ethnic residents at the Thipaw People's Hospital.

On October 26, 33 outpatients and 4 inpatients requiring hospitalization received the necessary medical care. Additionally, it is reported that security force members continue to carry out territorial security and control duties to ensure stability, peace, long-term development, and prosperity, allowing local ethnic people to peacefully engage in their socio-economic livelihoods.
