Rescuers Pull Two People alive from Rubble

Residents and Civil Defense personnel recovered victims from under the rubble of a residential building in the northwestern Sheikh Radwan area in Gaza that was hit by an Israeli strike. According to the latest figures from Palestinian health authorities, at least 42,924 people have been killed and more than 100,833 injured in Israel’s ongoing war on Gaza.

Israeli forces launched an offensive in Gaza on October 7, 2023, against the Palestinian militant group Hamas in response to an attack on southern Israel. Israeli authorities said 1,200 people were killed and about 250 taken hostage in the October 7 attack.
