Remaining taxes and development affairs: Shan State Government organizes a coordination meeting

A coordinating meeting on remaining taxes and fees to be collected in 2020-2021 fiscal year and Mini Budget of 2021-2022 Fiscal Year of the township and township branch Development Affairs Departments under the supervision of Shan State Development Affairs Department and development affairs for 2022-2023 fiscal year was held at the Shan State Government office in Taunggyi, Wednesday.

At the event, Shan State Chief Minister DrKyawTun said that it needs to carry out for the development of towns and villages, beautifying and maintenance tasks in line with the instructions and specified procedures. The state government is providing necessary assistance for the town and village development.

He urged the Development Affairs Department to carry out for better road transport, electrification, better communication access and human resource development. The staff from Development Affairs Department in Shan State (South, North and East) attended the 2-day meeting.
