Relocation Effort: Inspection at the Saythama Gyi IDP Camp

Chief Minister of Rakhine State U Htein Lin visited the Saythama Gyi IDP Camp in Sittwe Township on Sunday, to inspect the completion of construction work.

The camp now has 18 buildings and 18 water tanks installed. During the visit, the Chief Minister and party discussed the relocation of people to these newly built shelters and emphasized fire safety and proper management of materials.

The Chief Minister urged relevant departments to ensure the safe relocation of people and effective fire prevention measures. They also inspected the water supply and overall conditions of the camp.
