Religious Ceremony: Pali PahtamanPyan certificates conferred in Pindaya

A ceremony to confer certificates on members of the Sangha who passed the Pali PahtamanPyan exams took place in Pindaya Township on Sunday.

Kandaung Monastery Sayadaw, members of the Sangha, Chairman of the Danu Self-Administered Zone Administration Body U Arkar Lin and many other officials attended the ceremony which began with reciting Namo Tassa three times and taking five precepts.

The Chairman reported on religious matters to the Saydadaw. This ceremony continued with presenting certificates and donating offertories to 15 members of the Sangha who passed the Pali PahtamanPyan exams in 2021.  The ceremony concluded with sharing the merits gained.
