Receiving UNICEF Representative: MIFER UM received UNICEF resident representative

Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations, Dr. Wah Wah Maung, received a delegation led by Mr. Yasumasa Kimura, Myanmar Resident Representative of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), this morning at the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations.

During the meeting, they exchanged views and discussed how to make UNICEF's social development collaborations in Myanmar more effective, as well as future plans for continued cooperation. The meeting was attended by the Director General for Foreign Economic Relations Department, senior officials of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations and representatives from the UNICEF office in Myanmar.
