Receiving UNFPA Resident Rep.: MIFER UM received UNFPA Resident Rep.

Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations, Dr. Wah Wah Maung, received a delegation led by Mr. Jaime Nadal Roig, Myanmar Resident Representative of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), at Office No. 1 of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations in Nay Pyi Taw on August 26.  

During the meeting, they exchanged views and discussed the extension of UNFPA's work plan in Myanmar, the implementation processes and future plans agreed upon between UNFPA and relevant ministries, and the effective and efficient management of international aid.

The meeting was attended by the Director General of the Union Minister's Office, the Director General of the Foreign Economic Relations Department, senior officials from the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations, and representatives from the UNFPA Myanmar office.
