Putin votes online in Russia's parliamentary election

Russian President Vladimir Putin has cast his vote online in the elections of deputies to the 9th State Duma. The single voting day to elect lawmakers to the 9th Russian State Duma is taking place from September 18 to 20 with the participation of a total of ten parties. Elections will be held simultaneously to the legislative assemblies of 39 regions, as well as of the highest-ranking officials of the constituent entities. In total, about 22,000 seats are to be filled.
