30th edition of the Ibero-American Summit opens in Madrid

World leaders attended the opening ceremony of the 30th edition of the Iberio-American Summit in Madrid on November 4. The 22-nation Ibero-American Community brought together Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries from Europe and the Americas. The summit aims to promote "understanding and cooperation" within the group, which has lost influence in recent years.
