Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Kazakhstan on Wednesday for a two-day trip aimed at shoring up ties with his Central Asian ally.
During his two-day visit, Putin will hold talks with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, as well as take part in a meeting of the Moscow-led CSTO security alliance in the capital Astana.
During the discussions, the two leaders will deliberate on the advancement of the strategic partnership and alliance between the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan across diverse domains.
