Providing food supplies: YGN CM provided food supplies for PSCT groups

Ceremonies to present rice and cooking oil to members of the Public Security and Counter-Terrorism Groups from Insein District and Mayangone District in Yangon Region were held in the afternoon on August 12, at the designated locations.

First, the ceremony to present rice and oil to members of the Public Security and Counter-Terrorism Groups from Insein Township, Hlaingthaya (East) Township, and Hlaingthaya (West) Township in Insein District was held at the Insein Township Hall. Similarly, in Mayangone District, the ceremony to present rice and oil to members from North Okkalapa Township and Hlaing Township was held at the meeting hall of the General Administration Department in North Okkalapa Township.

At the ceremonies, Yangon Region Chief Minister U Soe Thein delivered a speech. After that, the Chief Minister and members of the region government presented rice, cooking oil, eggs, and instant noodles to the Public Security and Counter-Terrorism members. On behalf of the group members, one representative expressed words of gratitude. The Chief Minister and officials then offered words of encouragement to the personnel and cordially greeted them.
