Product Show: Promoting local made products and market opportunities

Yangon Region Government organizes the Product Show of the Industrial Zones, aiming to penetrate market opportunities for local made products.

The Product Show is organized to commemorate the 75th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Independence Day.

There are 29 industrial zones in Yangon Region and various products manufactured at the zones are being displayed at the show.

Chairman, Shwe Pauk Kan Industrial Zone, Pe Hlaing said "Since arrangements have been made to organize the Product Show of all the industrial Zones from regions and states across the country at the 75th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Independence Day celebration in Nay Pyi Taw. As the pre-event for this, Yangon Region Government organizes this show."

Chairman, Dagon Seikkan Industrial Zone, Kyaw Swa Myint said "The event aims for promoting market opportunities for the local products from the industrial zones in Yangon Region. We also want the consumers to know more about the products from local industrial zones."

Among the displays include medicines, battery, traditional medicines, sculptures, fertilizer, consumer goods and construction materials.

Aung Myint Hlaing, Daw Thaung Sein Herbal Medicines said "We produce five kinds of herbal medicines. Our factory situated in ShwePaukKan Industrial Zone. We distribute all across the country."

Regional Sales Manager, Silver Shine International Company, Nyein Chan Kyaw said "We produce medicines domestically. We display all the products manufactured by our company. We distribute our products to almost all part of Myanmar. We participate in this product show as we want to give the message to the consumers that the locally made medicines are producing at ShwePaukKan Industrial Zone."

The Product Show is being held at Myanmar Convention Center from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm till December 18th.
