Prime Minister Delivers Speech at National University of Public Service

Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinhon Friday visited the National University of Public Service in Hungary and delivered a speech.
In his speech, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh focused on a summary of the global situation and Viet Nam’s journey to achieve independence. And, he outlined the pathway to a comprehensive partnership and friendship between Viet Nam and Hungary.
Emphasizing the importance of defense and security, he stressed the need to prioritize peace. During the visit, the Prime Minister also witnessed the signing of nine cooperation agreements in the field of education and training between relevant agencies of the two countries.
