Presenting Victorious Flag: MGY CM presented victorious flag

Magway Region Chief Minister U Tint Lwin attended the offering encouragement and flag presentation ceremony held at the Region Government Office’s meeting hall on 25th July for the team of administrators, coaches, and athletes who will compete in the Inter-Regions and States Sepak Takraw Competition. During the ceremony, he delivered an encouraging speech and presented the flag of victory.

First, Chief Minister U Tint Lwin gave a motivational speech in which he stated that the purpose of the flag presentation ceremony was to boost the morale of the Sepak Takraw team representing Magway Region as they prepare to travel to Pathein, Ayeyarwady Region, to compete. He addressed the young athletes, saying that since they are youth representing the next generation, they should uphold the values embodied in the acronym "SPORTS," which stands for Suppleness, Politeness, Obedience, Readiness, Tactfulness, and S-Skill. He encouraged them to combine these values and participate in the competition with honor and dignity.

Following this, Director of the Department of Sports and Physical Education in the Region, U Than Aung, explained the current state of preparation for the Inter-Regions and States Sepak Takraw Competition. The Chief Minister then presented the team with the flag of victory and provided financial support totaling 1.45 million kyat.
