Preparatory Meeting: Cooperative matters discussed

Ministry of the Cooperatives and Development of Rural Areas held a virtual preparatory meeting for opening of the co-operative universities, colleges and schools.

In the meeting, Union Minister U Hla Moe stressed the importance of education and called for efforts for continuous management of the co-operative universities, colleges and schools under the ministry.

Attendees discussed a series of matters including the offered courses, new courses to be offered at the upcoming semester, capacity building and training of trainer on Pedagogy, cooperation with the Ministry of Education, free Online courses, certificate in business course, entrepreneur of business management course, food and accomodation and security measures.

The Union Minister coordinated the matters discussed. Later the day, the Union Minister visited the Myanmar Golden Produce Co.,ltd producing the value added fruits products and heard reports on processing condition.
