Preparations for Independence Day: VSG looks into preparations for dinner and entertainments

Chairman of the Central Committee for Organizing 75th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Independence Day Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice Senior General Soe Win inspected on Monday preparations and plans to be held the ceremonies at the venues where a dinner and entertainment programs in honour of the 75th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee Independence Day to be held. 

The Vice Senior General looked into arrangements for reception, hosting honourary dinner, plans to be awarded for decorated floats, to honour parachutists who will conduct free parachute jump, plan to launch decorated drones, display of fireworks, perform a variety of concert and entertainment programs and gave necessary instructions.

The Vice Senior General together with SAC members, the Union Ministers, the Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman, Deputy Ministers and officials also  inspected preparations for the ceremony and coordinated essentials.

Later, the Vice Senior General and party looked into arrangements for opening commemorative booths, local traditional food stalls and souvenir shops by the Nay Pyi Taw Council, regions and States and respective ministries on 4th January marking the Independence Day and instructed the needs.
