PM Modi opens 6th Khelo India Youth Games in Chennai

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared the Sixth editions of Khelo India Youth Games opened at a glittering ceremony in southern city of Chennai on Friday.
With a vision of self reliant, progressive and developed India, Khelo India is a brainchild of Modi to strengthen Indian sports on a grassroots level. Around 5,600 athletes across India will take part in the Games. The games introduce a mix of conventional and traditional sports.
