Permanent Residence System: Central Committee meeting for Implementation of PR System

The Central Committee on Implementation of Permanent Residence System – PR System in Myanmar held a work coordination meeting in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday.

Chairman of the Central Committee Union Minister for Immigration and Populations U Khin Yi discussed that the permanent residency has been granted for those meeting the four categories, who are the experts, entrepreneurs, for Myanmar citizens who can support the benefits of the country and those who are relatives of Myanmar citizens.

Out of 81 applicants, 30 applicants have been interviewed for the permanent residence during the meeting. Once the approval was done, the permanent residency certificates will be issued.
