People's Military Service: Meeting with PMS trainees in Mawlamyine

Acting Mon State Chief Minister, Minister for Security and Border Affairs Colonel Kyaw Swar Myint, along with State Ministers and officials, met trainees of People’s Military Service Training Course No. (26) at Local Training School in Mawlamyine on Saturday.

During the meeting, he urged trainees to study military subjects seriously and develop discipline, mental strength and skills to become responsible citizens. He also emphasized cooperation between the State Government, the Tatmadaw and the people in fulfilling national duties. Cash awards and uniforms were also presented to the trainees. The Acting Chief Minister and officials then met trainees individually and gave words of encouragement.
