Peace Process: Gov’t representatives and RCSS delegation held peace talks

A Peace Talks Team of the government and a delegation led by the Chairman of the Restoration Council of Shan State-RCSS (SSA) held discussions in Nay Pyi Taw on Saturday.

Member of the State Administration Council (SAC) National Solidarity and Peace Negotiation Committee (NSPNC) Chairman Union Minister at the Government Office (1) Lt-Gen Yar Pyae, SAC Member Lt- Gen Moe Myint Tun, NSPNC Secretary Lt- Gen Min Naung, RCSS Chairman General Yawd Serk, Secretary (1) Sao Sai Ngin and Central Executive Committee Member Sao Saung Han.

During the meeting, Peace Talks Team Leader Lt-Gen Yar Pyae and RCSS Chairman General Yawd Serk delivered greetings and the participants discussed peace and development matters. The second of the discussion will be continued on Sunday.
