Outstanding novice exam: 2nd Nagapura Sasanalankara exam to be held

Chairman of the Administration Body of Pa-O Self-Administered Zone U Khun Ye Htwe attended the coordination meeting to held 2nd Nagapura SasanaLankara Outstanding Novice exam in Hopong Township.

The coordination meeting to hold the 2nd edition of Nagapura SasanaLankara Outstanding Novice exam organized by the Nagapura Sasana Lankara Association was held at Naung Taung philanthropic Tat-U Monastery in Hopong Township of Pa-O Self-Administered Zone at 9 AM on October 17.

During the meeting, Chairman of the Administration Body of Pa-O Self-Administered Zone U Khun Ye Htwe clarified to prepare healthy food to prevent the Sanghas from causing unwanted health problems during exam period.

After that, member the Administration Body of Pa-O Self-Administered Zone Lt. Col. Nyi Nyi Tin explained the preparations for the security matters, measures arranged not to encounter traffic congestion, and U Khun San Lwin, chairman of Nagapura Sasana Lanka Association reported detailed plans that have to be carried out during the occasion.

The Outstanding Novice exam will be held on October 24th. A total of (1,660) monks, novices and nuns will take part in the examination and the prize awarding ceremony will be held on 28th October at Naung Taung philanthropic Tat-U Monastery.
