Order No.43/2026: Acting President awards honorary titles

The National Defence and Security Council issued Order No.43/2026 on March 2, regarding the presenting of honorary titles and medals of distinction.

It stated that the Acting President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar conferred the honorary titles and medals of distinction to the individuals who have made outstanding contributions in their respective fields toward building a peaceful, modern, and developed nation.

It includes 11 recipients for Thray Sithu Title, 10 Sithu Title, 20 Thiri Phan Chi Title, 5 Zeya Kyaw Htin Title, 16 Wunna Kyaw Htin Title, 3 Alinka Kyaw Swa Title, 2 Theikpa Kyaw Swa Title, 2 military gallantry medal, 27 Ye Bala Medal, 2 Ye Thurein Medal, 3 Ye Kyaw Swa Medal, 1 Ye Kyaw Thu Medal, 9 recipients for excellent performance in administration (first class), 13 for second class, 115 for third class, 8 recipients for excellent performance in social affairs (first class), 11 for second class, 19 for third class, 12 recipients for excellent performance in agri-business (third class), one recipient for industrial business (third class), one for service sector (first class), three for third class, one recipient for excellence in arts subject (first class), one for excellence in technology (second class), two for third class, five for excellence in art field (first class), four for second class and one recipient for excellent in literature.
