Order No.3/2026: Appointment of the Constitutional Tribunal Chairman

President issued an Order No.3/2026 on April 10, regarding the appointment of the Chairman of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union.

According to Section 327 of the Constitution, Section 16(b), Sub-Section (2) of the Union Government, and Section 10 of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union Law. The order was signed by President U Min Aung Hlaing.
