Order No.13/2026: Substitution of the Security and Border Affairs Ministers

The National Defence and Security Council Office issued Order No.13/2026 on March 15, regarding the substitution of the Security and Border Affairs Ministers.

According to Section 427(b) of the Constitution, the council substituted Col. Min Thu Kyaw, Kayin State Security and Border Affairs Minister with Col. Soe Moe Win. Likewise, Col. Khant Mon Swe, Ayeyawady Region Security and Border Affairs Minister was substituted with Col. Soe Min Oo. The order was signed by U Aung Lin Dwe, the Executive Chief.
