Order No.12/2023: Granting permission for retirement

The State Administration Council issued order no.12/2023 on granting permission for retirement on 1st February. According to Section 419 of theconstitution, the council granted permission for retirement to members of theUnion Election Commission U Saw Ba Hlaing, Dr Ba Maung and U Min MinOo, Deputy Minister for Education U Zaw Win and member of the Anti-Corruption Commission Daw Khin Cho Ohn. The order was signed by Lt-Gen Aung Lin Dwe, Secretary of the State Adminsitration Council.
