Opening of Junior Staff Training: Rector of CSA (L-M) delivered the opening speech

The opening ceremony of the Junior Staff Training Course No. (135) was held at the Yadanar Thinga Hall of the Civil Service Academy (Lower Myanmar) in the morning of October 21.

In his opening speech, Rector U Kyaw Htwe stated that the purpose of opening this course today is to train and cultivate civil servants who are currently serving the nation to gain a national perspective and to strengthen their morale. The course aims to help them understand and grasp relevant subjects fundamentally, and to become good civil servants who observe and maintain discipline and ethics. He encouraged the trainees to value the opportunity to attend the course seriously and to strive diligently both mentally and physically to fulfill their duties.

A total of 315 trainees from ministries and organizations are attending the Junior Staff Training Course. The course will be conducted from October 21, to December 12, 2025, it’s reported.
