North Korea's Kim sends message to China's Xi on CPC founding anniversary

North Korean media report that the country's leader, Kim Jong Un, sent a congratulatory message to Chinese President Xi Jinping on the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. Wednesday's edition of North Korea's ruling party newspaper, Rodong Sinmun, quoted Kim's message as saying, "The Communist Party of China built new China... braving all trials and difficulties of history."

The message also said, "It is the steadfast stand" of their party and the government to steadily develop friendly relations between North Korea and China.
