North Korean leader Kim Jong Un commissioned on Tuesday a new 5,000-ton destroyer called the Choe Hyon during a ceremony at the western port of Nampo. Kim touted the warship as proof of the country's advancing nuclear-armed navy and vowed to ramp up naval production. Kim also stated that Pyongyang will set an ambitious production target to build two 5,000-ton warships annually over the next five years.
