






A two-storey new building that can capacitate 100 staff trainees of the Department of Environmental Conservation was opened at the training school site in Nay Pyi Taw Dekkhina Thiri Township on Tuesday.
Union Minister for Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation U Khin Maung Yi and Deputy Ministers formally opened the new building. And then, they viewed around the hostel of the male trainees and gave necessary instructions.
This training school was built with the aims for human resource development and nurturing the experts on environmental conservation.
Later, the Union Minister looked into the site chosen for planting trees as a mass activity for 2022 in Yan Aung Myay forest reserve in Lewe township and gave necessary instructions on the reports of officials.
A total of 3,672 forest plants that are 2-ft high and above, shady trees and bamboo plants will be planted in this site through mass activity
