Myanmar-China: C-In-C Received Chinese Ambassador To Myanmar

Commander-In-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received Chinese Ambassador Mr. Chen Hai in Bayinnaung Guest Hall, Nay Pyi Taw, on Thursday.

According to news released from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services, the two sides discussed how China rejects international pressure on Myanmar from alleged human rights violations in Rakhine State, the recent attacks that occurred in PyinOoLwin and Northern Shan State, how China strongly condemns these violent attacks and its current stance, how China provides assistance in Myanmar’s peace progress, and how to improve peace talks.
