MSME Development: Meeting with State/Region MSME Agencies

Vice Chairman of the Working Committee for MSME Development Union Minister for Industry Dr. Charlie Than met with chairpersons of State/Region MSME Agencies and heads of industrial supervision and inspection departments in Nay Pyi Taw on Saturday.

During the meeting, the Union Minister thanked officials for successful organizing of the Union-level MSME Products Exhibition and Market Fari, and encouraged them to identify and address weaknesses to improve future fairs. He highlighted the importance of linking government ministries with private businesses, monitoring compliance with policies and regulations, and supporting MSME development to boost the national economy.

Officials also discussed plans to promote MSME products and enhance sales, while the Union Minister emphasized continuous training, learning, and strict adherence to rules to improve staff performance and ensure effective implementation of assigned duties.
