MoH and UNFPA: MoH UM received UNFPA resident representative

Union Minister for Health Dr. Thet Khaing Win met with Mr. Jaime Nadal Roig, the Resident Representative of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in Myanmar at the reception hall of the Union Minister's Office in Nay Pyi Taw on August 25.

During their discussion, they exchanged views on a number of topics, including enhancing collaborative efforts between the Ministry and UNFPA on maternal and reproductive healthcare, the possibility of continuing cooperation in maternal and child healthcare in accordance with the policies set by the state and the Ministry and the future plans for continued partnership.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister for Health, directors-general, representatives from the UNFPA Myanmar office, and other officials from the Ministry of Health.
