Migrant Workers Return: 130 Myanmar Migrant Workers Return Home

Myanmar migrant workers continue to return home, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs.

75 migrant workers (43 men and 32 women) returned home from Thailand through Myawaddy of Kayin State. The returnees accompanied by a Thai immigration official were welcomed by Myanmar immigration officials at Myanmar-Thai Friendship Bridge

Also, 44 migrant workers (36 men and 8 women) returned home from Thailand through Kawthoung of Tanintharyi Region.

11 migrant workers (5 men and 6 women) returned home through Laukkai of Shan State.
