MEVM Awareness and Trial Voting : MGY Region CM attended the event

Magwe Region Chief Minister U Tint Lwin together with Region ministers and officials observed the campaign of MEVM awareness and practical trial voting was held at KanKalar  village monastery in Minbu (Saku) township of Magwe Region on 25th October.

At th campaign, officials from township Election Commission clarified regarding the MEVM including the aim of MEVM use, function and electoral processes. Chief Minister and officials viewed the clarification, demostration and participation of locals from KanKalar, Kyauksickpon , KanThit , Kalarpar , and KyaukSan  villages.

The Chief Minister and party held a meeting with local farmers at KanTharYar  community hall of the monestary where official from Irrigation and Water utlization Management department (Water Resources) made clarification on solar power water pumping system for cultivation.

The Chief Minister then stated that Regional government will conduct to provide disburment of loans from Region’s State Economic Promoting Fund if individual would like to conduct cultivation with solar power water pumping system and instructed necessaries. After that, the Chief Minister supplemented th requirements presented by local farmers and provided sports-gears to Basic Education Middle Schools (Kan Kalar and Kan Thit).
