Message of Condolences: SAC Chairman sad about demise of former Japanese PM

Chairman of the State Administration Council [SAC] Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing sent a message of condolences to the Japanese Prime Minister for the demise of former Japanese Prime Minister Mr. Shinzo Abe.

The message says that it’s so sad to hear that former Prime Minister of Japan Mr. Shinzo Abe passed away in the assassination by a gunner in Nara City on the 8th of July 2022.

“We strongly condemned the cowardly terrorist act with a lack of rationality. On behalf of the government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the people, I myself would like to send the message of deep condolences to Your Excellency and the Japanese government and family members of Mr. Shinzo Abe via Your Excellency.”

The Japanese people will keep the ideal sacrifices of Mr. Abe for the sake of Japan and its people in their hearts forever. Mr. Abe is a genuinely good friend and old friend of Myanmar.

Myanmar people will remember his endeavours with a firm vow to further cement the friendly relations and partnership relations between the two countries forever.

During the moaning period, Myanmar people also deeply grieved for the demise of Mr. Abe similar to the Japanese people. “We would like to reiterate the strengthening of amicable relations with Your Excellency.”

Chairman of the State Administration Council has also sent a message of condolences to Mrs. Abe Akie, wife of the former Japanese Prime Minister Mr. Shinzo Abe.
