Meeting with Tatmadawmen: Vice Senior General meets with Tatmadawmen in PutaO

Vice Chairman of the State Security and Peace Commission Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services, Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice Senior-General Soe Win met with the military officers, Tatmadawmen and families of PutaO Station on Wednesday.

The Vice Senior General stressed the need be loyal to the nation, its citizen and fellow Tatmadawmen, highlighting the major responsibility of Tatmadaw to defend the nation. He urged all to make constant training to keep breast with the changing military strategies to be skillful and combat readied individuals.

He also reiterated to support for administrative matters and welfare of the families as well as education and health sector. He also called for collaboration among the Tatmadaw, Myanmar Police Force, local militia, public security, anti-terrorist task forces, volunteers, community elders and locals for successful holding of the election. During the meeting, foodstuff and cash rewards were presented for the military officers, Tatmadawmen and families.
