



Union Minister for Industry and MSME Development, Charlie Than, received the Chairman and officials of the Nay Pyi Taw MSME Association at the Union Minister’s guest hall, Office No. 30, in Nay Pyi Taw on April 27.
During the meeting, they held a cordial and mutual discussion on the on the matters including implementation for the President's guidance to support and fulfill the entire production chain from raw cotton to yarn, fabric, and finished garments, providing technical support for small-scale production of bamboo pulp and the manufacturing of consumer goods, developing plans to ensure a faster and smoother flow of loans for MSMEs, organizing educational seminars to promote the widespread use of digital systems, ensuring MSME data is accurate and reliable, encouraging MSMEs to register officially so they can access the various opportunities and incentives provided by the State, shifting from the sale of raw materials to the production and sale of high-value-added products fostering the emergence of more entrepreneurs and strengthening MSME clusters and outlining measures to promote the development of agro-based industries.
