Meeting in Myitkyina : MOALI Union Minister meets with staff

Union Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation U Min Naung met with departmental personnel under the Ministry at Kachin State Agricultural Department, Myitkyina on Thursday.

During the meeting, the Union Minister urged the staffs to carrry out the tasks dutifully, to yield qualified rice in accordance with local needs and guided systematic livestock breeding in collaboration with livestock enterprenuers while carrying out preventive measures for infectious diseases.

He exhorted concerned officials to pursue departmental seminars and workshops in promoting the advantages of the staffs’ knowledge awareness and capacity building. He then advised systematic documentation on the implementation process of local development projects. The Union Minister also provided foodstuff to the staff.
