He highlighted that the third objective, "Prioritizing and promoting national education and health sectors for the continuous development of the State," is crucial. He further emphasized that all staff, down to the grassroots level in each department, must understand the policies, guidelines, and operational procedures of the Government and the Ministry of Health to strive for the successful achievement of these goals.

Following this, Deputy Minister, Professor Dr. Aye Tun, delivered a speech, urging continued efforts to improve health care indicators and to further develop a health system that can quickly respond to emerging health problems. Subsequently, the Directors-General provided guidance on their respective work areas.

The attending Directors of Public Health and Medical Services from Nay Pyi Taw, Regions, and States discussed their operational activities and requirements. The Union Minister, Deputy Minister, and Directors-General coordinated and addressed these needs. Finally, the Union Minister delivered the concluding remarks.
