Meeting with Families: Senior General meets with Tatmadawmen

Chairman of the State Security and Peace Commission Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing met with military officers, Tatmadawmen and families of Pyay Station in Southern Command on Sunday.

In his speech, the Senior General stressed the efforts of Tatmadaw for regional peace and stability, urging all to always fit for fight in serving the national defend duty. He stressed the need to make constant training to be in par with changing military skills, abiding by the rules and regulations.

He also stressed for welfare of the families, along with the education promotion for achieving high social status. He also called for participation of all for successful holding of the upcoming election. During the meeting, foodstuff and cash assistance were presented for the military officers, Tatmadawmen and families as well as for the maternal and child welfare association.

The Senior General later visited the local defence services hospital and comforted the patients. He also asked after the needs of hospital and coordinated the requirements. Likewise, wife of the Senior General visited the female ward of the hospital and comforted the patients, providing foodstuff. They then took a tour around the Pyay Station by a motorcade.
