







Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services General Ye Win Oo met with military officers, Tatmadawmen and families from Kengtung, Mongkhat and Mongyang Stations on separate occasions on April 22 and 23.
The Commander-in-Chief stressed the importance of discipline, obedience, and proper conduct among Tatmadaw personnel, saying these are essential to gain public trust and respect. He highlighted the need for strong leadership, good administration, and unity within the Tatmadaw.
He urged all to improve combat skills, maintain physical fitness, and continuously study and train to adapt to modern warfare. He also emphasized following rules, proper behavior, and avoiding harmful habits, while encouraging support for welfare, family well-being, and education.
The Commander-in-Chief called on all personnel to remain loyal, responsible, and committed to serving the country and its people. Then, the Commander-in-Chief and wife presented foodstuff and cash rewards for the military officers, Tatmadawmen and families as well as for the maternal and welfare association. In the evening of April 22, the Commander-in-Chief and party inspected the livestock and agricultural farms being implemented in the Triangle Region Command.
