In his opening remarks, the President addressed the points including Region and State governments must focus on the unique local strengths, prioritizing agriculture and livestock sectors while utilizing local capabilities to drive development.

Nationwide policies are in place to improve roads, particularly in remote border areas. Officials must ensure roads meet structural standards, maintain proper roadside drainage for longevity, and strictly enforce zoning laws to prevent unauthorized settlements along main highways.

The government maintains a compulsory KG+9 education system. Officials were urged to resolve teacher shortages, upgrade school facilities, encourage students to enroll in industrial, agricultural, and livestock vocational high schools, and ensure school security through joint efforts between security forces and local administrative bodies.

Financial allocations will be increased to upgrade hospitals, maintain clean medical facilities, and systematically recruit more doctors and nurses to ensure steady staffing from village to district levels. The President emphasized promoting (MSMEs) and expanding agro-based industries to boost domestic production.

Union Ministers and Chief Ministers presented progress reports on the recent matriculation exam passing rates, high student enrollment for the 2026–2027 academic year, measures taken to recruit teachers, agricultural yield verification, strict enforcement of farmland laws, and the ongoing fiscal-year infrastructure and earthquake-recovery rebuilding projects across the nation.

In his conclusion remarks, the President, focused on the facts that increasing domestic output will substitute imports, drive exports, and ultimately reduce high commodity prices driven by costly inputs. He also suggested establishing township-level collaborative farming groups such as harvesting and tilling teams to streamline production and minimize weather-related crop losses, etc.
