

Myanmar Tatmadaw donated the medical supplies to China at Nay Pyi Taw International Airport on Wednesday.
Myanmar Tatmadaw delivered the medical supplies including surgical Mask, N95 mask and protection glasses that help to fight the Coronavirus pneumonia disease by using the flight.
The delivery team was seen off by Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General Mya Tun Oo, Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar Mr. Chen Hai, (Chinese Embassy in Myanmar) Military attaché Senior Colonel Xiong Shaowei at Nay Pyi Taw International Airport.
General, Chief of General Staff (Army, Navy and Airforce), Mya Tun Oo said “Myanmar Tatmadaw donated medical supplies for disease control and to fight the Coronavirus pneumonia in Wuhan, China. Such donation is the bilateral cooperation between the militaries as well. Relating these matters, we see Chinese Government and Chinese Military can implement speedy care to be the best. We recognize for this and wishing all the best.”
He added that this donation was to help combating disease of Coronavirus pneumonia and he believes that the disease will be controlled in a short time under the collective efforts of the Chinese government and its people.
Ambassador, Chinese Embassy in Myanmar, H.E. Chen Hai said “That is an important period in China for combating disease. These medical supplies are really necessary as the humanitarian assistant for China in such important period, it can show that China-Myanmar Paukphaw Friendship relation and Myanmar Tatmadaw’s supporting to China. China wants to say special thanks for this donation.”
Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar Mr. Chen Hai expressed the latest situation of China’s combating disease and disease preventive measures, speedy achievements under the China’s unity and the support of international community, including Myanmar.
