








Accompanied by concerned officials, Union Minister for Education Dr. Chaw Chaw Sein visited No. 4 Basic Education High School in Dala Township, Yangon Region on Saturday, and oversaw the students sitting for Chemistry and Geography on the 4th day of matriculation examination.
The Union Minister overviewed the exam procedures systematically carried out by the exam supervisors and the condition of the students sat for the exams peacefully.
Then, the Union Minister and party proceeded to No.2 Basic Education High School in Sanchaung Township and No.2 Basic Education High School in Mingaladon Township, observed the students sitting for the exams and provided encouragement.
In Yangon Region, a total of 49,256 students were registered for the exam at 107 exam centers and 45,479 students sat for Chemistry and 1,253 sat for Geography on the 4th day of matriculation examination.
Likewise, a total of 402 students were registered for Technical, Agricultural, and Livestock breeding University entrance exam at 4 exam centers and 334 students sat for Technical (Integrated Science) and Agricultural (Crop Production-3) subjects on Saturday.
