


The big dig out continues in Massachusetts after a ferocious winter storm dumped about two feet of snow. Residents used tractors and shovel to dig out snowbanks left by Saturday's storm.
That includes Oscar Castillo, who spent more than two hours trying to shovel his car out of a snowbank in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood. Some neighbors came over to help Castillo, who was frustrated that he was going to be late for work even though he woke up early and gave himself plenty of time to dig his car out.
In the Boston suburb of Arlington, a front-loader tractor scooped loads of snow and dumped it into a snowbank.A truck was parked nearby, ready for the tractor to dump the precipitation destined for a snow farm. PhilRizzuto had picked up at least seven truckloads of plowed snow on Monday morning, proud that his work is helping keep roadways safe.
