A man died and more than 70 people injured

A large number of passengers and 12 crew members finally arrived at Singapore Changi Airport on a relief flight on Wednesdayafter their Singapore Airlines flight hit severe turbulence that triggered an emergency landing in Bangkok, Thailand.

A 73-year-old British man died and more than 70 people were injured. The director of Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport said most of the injured passengers on the flight suffered blows to the head.While another 79 passengers and six crew members remained in Bangkok, including those receiving medical care.
