Legal Affairs : Efforts to strengthen the rule of law

Union Minister for Legal Affairs, Union Attorney General Dr. Thida Oo on Saturday made inspections at Taikkyi, Hmawbi, Hlegu and Mingaladon district law offices and met with the staff.

During the inspection, the Union Minister stated that a total of 41 law offices have been designated as pilot law offices with the aim of strengthening the rule of law.

The inspections focus to review and assess the operation of the offices in accordance with the estabished criteria. Moreover, the Union Minister coordinated requirements on establishing as pilot law offices, well-being of the staff and condition of office buildings.
